Antonie holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the Vaal University of Technology and a LLB Degree through UNISA.
After pursuing a career in industrial electronics and specialising in various engineering industries he turned his attention to studying law.
He obtained his LLB Degree in 2017 and completed the School of Legal Practice at UP. After completing his articles at HW Theron Inc., he was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in 2019.
He joined Hahn & Hahn in 2019 as a Practising Attorney and assists Ms. Everts in her department.

Vince van der Walt
Vince obtained his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney in the High Court of South Africa in 2011. Vince also holds an LLM degree in Human Rights and Administrative Law from UNISA. Vince specializes in Administrative Law and often advises various state entities on issues related thereto. Vince also acts on behalf of state entities and private clients in judicial review applications in terms of PAJA in the High Court. Vince’s practice also focusses on medical aid disputes between medical practitioners and medical aid schemes and fund administrators. In April 2020, Vince published an article in De Rebus addressing issues related to the non-payment of medical practitioners by medical aid administrators (http://www.derebus.org.za/a-fly-in-the-ointment-the-headaches-caused-by-s-593-of-the-medical-schemes-act/). Aside from the aforementioned, Vince also assists clients on a wide variety of matters, ranging from Construction Law to general civil litigation.

Madelein holds B.Sc Eng (Chemical), B.Proc, LLB, LLM (tax); PhD (Intellectual Property). She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a patent attorney. Madelein completed her IP training at the firm Adams & Adams. Before joining the profession, she worked as a chemical Engineer in the pyrometallurgical industry for Mintek and joined Sasol Limited in the petrochemical industry where she worked both as a Chemical Engineer and later on started the Intellectual Property department of the Sasol Group. She was in house IP counsel for Oro Agri an international organic Agri company for 12 years after which she left to become a private consultant.
She is a member of SARIMA, INTA, SAIIPL, ACS, and LES (President). She has more than 27 years experience in commercial and corporate IP and assists Hahn & Hahn in an advisory capacity focusing on international patent prosecution, IP due diligence in support of merger and acquisition transactions, commercial technology-related contracts, reserve bank approvals for offshore intellectual property placement and IP strategy and policy development and implementation.

Janet holds degrees in Biotechnology and Law. She is an admitted attorney and is involved with Consumer and Food Law and deals with legislative issues around food and consumer protection, labelling of food products, product liability, resolution of disputes in the supply chain as well as technology law in general.
Janet is also involved in litigation of patents as well as patent applications throughout Africa
