Nirvana Nothnagel holds a BA Law degree as well as a LLB degree which degree certificates were obtained through the University of Johannesburg. She obtained her BA Law Degree in 2012 and her LLB Degree in 2013 through the University of Johannesburg and completed her Practical Legal Training at the University of Witwatersrand.
Nirvana Nothnagel is a senior associate attorney with more than 8 years’ experience in private practice. Nirvana started her career by doing 2 years of article training at Honey Attorneys (now Goodes and Co Attorneys) in Sandton where she stayed on after her admission as an Attorney of the High Court and was employed for a period of 7 years. She then joined Hahn & Hahn Attorneys in 2021 and now works alongside Jaco Hamman in providing clients with assistance mainly in the following areas but also in other various fields as requested by private clients:

Nirvana has assisted the Construction Industry Development Board with compliance, administration law and all matters relating to the Construction Industry Development Board and assists with various private clients with construction disputes, drafting and interpretation of contracts.
