Reynier Rautenbach holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and is an admitted attorney with the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa. He has completed all the modules for a Bachelor of Science in Computing (BSc Comp) degree in 2023 and is waiting for the degree to be conferred on him.
Reynier Rautenbach is an associate attorney with more than 10 years’ experience in private practice. Reynier joined Hahn & Hahn Attorneys in 2023 and works alongside Merilynn du Plessis and Jaco Hamman in providing clients with assistance, but not limited to, in the following general areas:

Reynier has assisted numerous clients by drafting various general agreements including specific industry bespoke agreements.
Corporate Law
Reynier has assisted various legal entities in their establishments, including the drafting of various corporate agreements and policies, and advising the stakeholders of their rights and duties.
Reynier has also assisted clients with dealing and negotiating agreements and payment structures with creditors, including liquidations of legal entities.
Compliance and Governance (Public)
Reynier has assisted Merilynn du Plessis with drafting of various compliance frameworks and policies, and providing services further legal services that public institutions require to enforce their rights in the various spheres of government.
Construction Law
Reynier has drafted various construction agreements on behalf of clients and tender based agreements. Reynier has also assisted clients with litigation in the construction sphere.

Reynier has assisted legal entities, some being in the manufacturing sphere with labour related matters and issues.
Privacy, Cyber Laws, Risk and Compliance
Reynier has assisted Merilynn du Plessis in matters that relate to compliance with Privacy laws such as the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2012, the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, such as drafting of policies, including and more specifically Information Technology policies, POPIA frameworks.
